RMA Required

All returns need an approved RMA number before sending anything back.

Factory sealed and defective hardware returns accepted within 15 days of shipment.

Credits processed within 15 business days after the warehouse confirms your return.

Final Sale Items

Ink, toner, software, RAM, and opened products cannot be returned.

📋 Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

  • All returns must be approved through the RMA process before sending items back.
  • No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
  • To request an RMA, email orders@vonex.ca.
  • We are not responsible for products returned without an RMA number.

📫 Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible.
  • If you cannot refuse, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a damage claim.

🔧 Defective Products

Within 15 Days of Shipment

We will issue an RMA based on manufacturer policies. Repair times may take 2–8 weeks. Return instructions sent via email once approved.

After 15 Days

Hardware is covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support.

It is the client's responsibility to return defective products to the warehouse in a timely manner.

📬 Non-Defective & Factory Sealed Items

  • Opened products cannot be returned due to manufacturer policies.
  • Factory sealed products can be returned within 15 days of shipment.
  • Non-defective returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% or $40.00 minimum, whichever is greater.

🚚 Shipping & Insurance

  • Clients are responsible for all shipping charges on returns.
  • Returned items must be properly packaged and insured. Vonex is not liable for damage or loss during return shipment.

✅ Return Process — Step by Step

  1. Email orders@vonex.ca to request an RMA number.
  2. Receive your RMA approval and return instructions by email.
  3. Package your item securely with all original components and your RMA number clearly marked.
  4. Ship the item with insurance to the address provided in your RMA email.
  5. Credit issued within 15 business days after the warehouse confirms receipt.
