Vonex Shipping Policy

Free Shipping
Orders of $100.00 CAD or more, before taxes and shipping, qualify for free standard shipping across Canada. Estimated delivery is 3-9 business days.

Standard Shipping
Orders under $100.00 CAD ship for a flat rate of $10.00 CAD. Estimated delivery is 1-5 business days depending on your location.

Delivery Areas
We ship across Canada. Orders are fulfilled from our warehouses in Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan, whichever is closest to your delivery address.

Processing Time
We aim to process orders within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.

Carriers
We ship with major Canadian carriers, including Canada Post, Purolator and UPS, depending on your location and order size.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers or other events outside our control are not our responsibility.
