Find your full HP printer model

Look on the front or back label of the printer, in its settings, or on the original paperwork. Record the complete series and model suffix. Two printers in the same family may use different cartridge numbers, and cartridges sold for different regions can differ. A cartridge that looks similar is not proof of compatibility.

Check the ink cartridge number and colour

Find the number on your old cartridge or package, then confirm that your printer is listed for the replacement.
